  • Machine Failure or Defect: If the appliance has a mechanical issue or defect, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item. When returning an appliance, our technician will inspect the unit to determine if the issue is due to a factory defect or other factors.
